Why doesn't anybody make a small truck with a 6.5 foot bed?

Not a small truck but the Tundra has a 6.5 foot bed with the extra cab.

    VW Beetle Classic... questions pre-acquisition

Sounds great. Keep us in the loop. The picture you posted looks a little high in my opinion. 67 and 69-70 are good years for bugs. Class 11 would be fun! A small lift and some upgrades would be great. Skid plates, alternator, hydraulic lifters. Maybe stronger front spindles and disc...

    ROXOR: The Willys CJ3 Reinvented

Too bad it isn't street legal. I like how basic and simple it is. I wish more vehicles were available in a bare bones package. The Roxor is pretty expensive and will have to compete with razors and quads etc. I prefer a manual trans anywhere except stop and go traffic. Too bad there aren't...

Ford releases teaser pic of 2020 Bronco.

It will probably be similar to the Everest. Will the dealer mark-up be more than the Raptors? I wonder what will come out first the Jeep Pick Up or new Bronco LOL? Why does it take so long ? Ford and Jeep are losing sales to other brands.

Anybody still carrying a Hi Lift Jack?

I still carry my Hi-Lift Jack on serious trips. It is a great tool but must be treated with respect and used safely. The jack can be used on a 2" receiver hitch. This might be a good accessory to use on rigs that don't have lifting points. https://hi-lift.com/accessories/lift-mate/...

Creative ways to get height at rear axle?

A coil spring spacer or add a leaf depending on what suspension/vehicle you have. Ne springs would be better.

    Optimizing suspension for washboard?

Air down and 4WD engaged. Find a "sweet spot" for your rig my 4 R is 40 50 MPH depending on the wash boards! The 4WD helps with traction and control on washboard turns and uphill.

Cut 1" off of front axle bump stop on Quigley 4x4 conversion?

Talk to Agile Off Road about the RIP kit for Quigley's to get a little more travel. If you cut the stock bump stop you may have problems with the front diff hitting the crossmember when bottoming out? I have the RIP kit and also added Summo Springs (bumpstops) on the front for a progressive...

    Jeep campers how many choices?

The GaZell looks great. I wish Jeep would make the extended Wrangler-Africa model which would be ideal for the GaZell http://blog.caranddriver.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/03/Jeep-Wrangler-Africa-concept-1031-626x382.jpg
