There is a swivel seat base available for Ford vans. Check with RV and van conversion places for a Dodge version?

You might want to look into Ford Transit as the have a 130" and 148" wheelbase model and 3 roof heights.
Quigley is doing the 4x4 conversion.
For comparison an old style Ford Econoline Van wheelbase is 138"
Paper plates, paper towels and a teflon frying pan makes clean up easy and saves water. I try to plan simple meals for easy clean up and bbq dinners when possible.
You could add a leaf and or get a second leaf with full wrap on the front and half wrap on the rear eye.
The full wrap adds some safety if the main leaf breaks.
Check with a spring shop.
A new set of springs will probably ride better than old springs with an add a leaf.
