If you are buying one of these ... do so knowing that there is no service available. I own a Conqueror Commander (SA) version.
Here is the deal: The SA versions are the original. The Australian is a franchised version and they are indeed optioning them out. Quite frankly, I don't need nor care...
Those Conqueror chassis are ALKO out of the UK. If you go to this page and download the 2013 catalog, you'll see the wheels available for purchase.
You may also search ALKO chassis in the UK, may be easier to ship one in from there.

Mark: I like his mods here. I always felt with the Conquest that the space within the trailer box was poorly planned and space was wasted.
These mods with the fridge and slide take care of a great deal of the challenge.

My understanding is that you cannot have imported a truck with a swapped frame, but as long as you have rec'ts and documentation, you can swap the frame once legally registered here.
Is this not the case?

I love the DII, but here is my experience:
Purchased a 2004 with 60K miles. FORTUNATELY, financed it through USAA and purchased an extended warranty with it. Within 2 months it dropped a cylinder sleeve (google the 4.6 dropping cylinder sleeves!). Land Rover put a brand new crated motor in it...
