Don't own a Troopy with the 1HD-FTE but in a fully loaded 100 Cruiser including towing a 1.5 ton (metric) trailer you're looking at 12 - 16L/100Km.

For the 1HZ I would plan on 14 - 18L/100 Km if it's a fully loaded rig (roof rack, 33" tires, bull bar, dual batteries, side steps and brush bars, rear bar with dual swing outs, roller drawers in rear, fridge, water, tools recovery gear, food and camping gear). What do you mean when you say 4.2...

The distance between the mounting channels on the ARB awning is 47-48 mm. Photos of the bracket I made up. I've also put a piece of 4 mm rubber between the bracket and roof rack to clear the lower edge of the outer lip of the roof rack if that makes any sense. Cheers, P

Thanks, it's a nice vehicle for sure. For the awning I made up a simple bracket. It's 30 mm by 30 mm square, cut on an angle with two holes drilled in it to mount to the roof rack then a flat piece welded on at 90 degrees with two holes for the awning. Not an off the shelf job but a few scrap...
