I was also impressed with those trailers and if you might be looking for flexibility and they are in your price range they seem a good deal. The not really an off road trailer might be a detriment to some. That is what the toys are for, to go off the road.

Mounting hardware is sold for the boards or with the boards. I recommend using the ones for the boards you buy.

If you are going to use a magnet case make sure the surface it goes on has no undercoating. I put mine inside the frame, taped it shut and wired it to the frame through a bolt hole. Bumpy roads do not stand a chance.
