Today I actually had time to climb under the truck and found where the ground connects to the frame and is all covered in oil and looks pretty bad . I still thinks it a ground as my stereo sometimes in fine but if I hit bumps it cuts out and if I turn on my blinkers it cuts out.

I have 1990 lwb and some trailing arms of 1995 that I'm going to put in. I read that you use the bushing for the gen 1 on the front but not sure if I use bushing for 1995 in the rear . Any one done the swap. I searched but couldn't find any info on it.

Rotella the only thing I ever buy from Walmart. I use the t6 with the napa gold filters. I learned over at ih8mud and those dudes are super meticulous.

I think tried the revving thing a few years ago but might give it another go. Love the Rotella had in my land cruiser for years.

I have valve tick that's driving me nuts some days it's super loud and then other it's totally gone. My oil level is good the only thing that I can think is I'm running rottela t6 any ideas ?

If I were you I would try the guys over at 4x4wire the site is awful but a bunch of knowledgeable guys. I think most of them are also on here but they seem quicker to respond over there. I have a 1990 lwb but the idle has been perfect since a tune up so I'm no help.
