I am a diehard proponent of JetBoil. I keep one in the truck for quick cooking needs and I've successfully carried my JetBoil through three combat deployments prior to retiring it to the camping/overland kit.

I have my headliner out right now. All of the grab handles are hard mounted with replaceable inserts to the chassis cross support roll-bars. No doubt, a great place for mounting anything heavy.
