Okay, as "canter tourer" says two extra bolts. Dan.

    Emergency brake

Still the same deal. Noise while you are driving around will tell you a lot if something is getting caught. Reversing back at that point may shift it again to not be a problem. Not that hard to investigate. Remove the four nuts that hold the tailshaft to the handbrake drum, slide that end of...

    Emergency brake

Success! Need Mitsubishi Fuso FG special tool - Desparate

A normal long reach 50mm socket fits it, but I use a 3/4" drive one as the torque required to tension it is really high for a 1/2" drive. Dan. PS:- Need a set of High Speed Gears for your transfer case. I still have a set available.

Mitsubishi Fuso 4x4 problem with the brakes

Translated on the Net. If the wheels were bought in Australia (Goanna Tracks [ Australian Adventure Vehicles ] or ATW) then they are the right wheels and the right fit and should have been provided with the right nuts. The tyres on the other hand can have a fault in them and be causing your...

    Canter Regearing.

There may be but that also gears up low range which wasn't something that I was prepared to have as a lower geared low range is allways better and that was also achieved. Dan.

Frame flex and type and kind of spring?

No problems with mine lasting. Lots of corrugations and dirt roads and I haven't found that they overheat at all. Maybe I don't drive fast enough in the rough. Dan.

    Squeaks

Yes, mine squeaks some at times, a little dry lube or grease on the contact points (shiny points) and the noise is gone. Dan.

FUSO FG cab extension - any thoughts? (2004)

Yes, it would be a major problem to extend the cab rearwards. Maybe remove the seat and fit a racing shell seat and a little padding to get more room. Only Joking, Dan.

Fuso Canter Transfer Case vacuum actuation

Your drawing makes sense even though I can't tell you if it is what you have. I will agree that if you followed your vac lines then it is right. Then that bottle doesn't vent to air. Outlet lines A2 and B2 vent and take in air as they cycle. By making it a closed circuit you don't get any...

2005 Fuso FG 140 Engine Replacement

That was my thought aswell. Why ask the "masses" when you say you have the knowledge. There is no secret in it, being a "FUSO". A 300k motor has that much life in it still and the other engine would make a nice return on your investment so far. Dan.

Is it impossible to convert an Isuzu NPR with a wheelbase of 109" to 4x4 plus super single?

Wheel base probably has very little to do with being able to do a 4x4 conversion on. Finding someone to do it will be the question and the cost, so a longer wheel base gives you more value (length) for your dollar. Dan.

Use of Memory Clear and Diag Check for ECU Errors instead of MUT/OBD

A slack adjuster would let the cams " bounce backward and forward " (think valve spring pushing back on the cam) on the slack of the chain. And yes, even at the speeds they are rotating. Would this cause sensors to tell the ECU there is a problem. Probably. I'm certainly no expert on the...

    4d33 engine

Blowing smoke doesn't really mean the rings are shot. First off, does it use oil - yes, then probably rings but could be valve guides and seals. If - no then it probably is a fueling problem (pump or injectors). Compression test can tell you a lot. Saying it starts with the first turn of the key...
