Anyone know if earlier ECU’s require specific programming? I’ve got a 99 FG and the ecu must do far fewer things than in newer trucks.

Exact model or exact VIN?

Can you just swap in an ECU from another truck or does the data swap have to be done for it to work?

The installer never arrived so I put it in today. Seems to work. Had to be compressed about an inch to fit. Took some ingenuity to hold it compressed while installing.

The lug nuts don’t appear to be threaded on far enough with those rims. I’d be curious about those rims too.

The Kab 11 shock arrived today. Slightly longer than the original but I think I can compress it a bit and install it. Body of the shock is also slightly smaller in diameter than the original.

Yes. It says it fits Kab 111 seats as it said about your part number so decided to take a chance. I read elsewhere on this forum that Kab owns Stratos.
