FWIW, I would keep a close eye on your local craigslist and keep watching for any kind of trailer that migh work well. I think that you could have a frame done up for about $300 from a local fabricator, but you then need to add, suspension, hitch, lights, fenders, and a real axle. I say...

How do you plan on strapping your table down? I have been thinking of ideas for a while now. I am thinking some hanging L's from the rack that the table could sort of slide into and hang from the crossbars... ...sounds rattle-y doesn't it! :D

I went through this as well. I like the cool factor of the bear claw latches, but the possibility of electrical failure in back country leaves me a little weirded out. I am going with a paddle latch, with adjustable strikers, for me it was the best compromise. I got a deal on some RV quality...

Back from powder coat... :wings: Cool thing is I have a friend with access to an industrial powder coating setup through his school, soooooo, he coated it for me for free! :eek: Now to mount up the winch, fairlead, and my new Hella 4000's

Do you have a link to your LED's and bezels? I really like them, are they colored diodes and clear lenses or are you using them for auxiliary lighting around camp? thanks!
