Good move you got a solid truck. My friend bought a mint 07 quad cab short bed 5.9 with 30k on it about 3 years ago. He paid almost 40k for it, it is show room mint, it just sits in his heated garage racking up about 1000 miles or so a year. He won’t part with it for anything.

Ford just repackages what others have done, advertises the hell out of it and claims it for their own.

Since reading this thread I’ve been looking hard for other newer land cruisers on the road, Thursday I counted 10 on the interstate on my way to Wisconsin, Friday here in Wisconsin I’ve seen 4 in the dells area. Yup I had that same intake for awhile, you might grow to hate it after awhile.

I ran a set of 37inch RT for along time, they are pretty quiet, not as loud as the MT but louder than the Toyo AT. They aren’t bad at all. You’ll be happy.

You won’t break even unless you are in the hundreds of thousands of miles, you buy a diesel if you tow, haul, or simply for the love of them, or a combination of the 3.

For a tad more you could have got a land cruiser or got a slightly used one for the price of the platinum.

I agree, why would you travel to that country, to me that’s like going to North Korea on vacation... pretty fing stupid. Expect years hard labor, death or a limb chopped off for flying a drone in that country.

Yup I have those on my truck, work great, however they are not made to have clamp on wheels weights on the backside of the rim, you have to use stick on and pray they don’t hit your caliper like mine did, I am now using 4 oz of balance beads.
