I’m doing the exact same thing, and I’m going to send the bill to Chrysler to see if they will reimburse me, in the recall letter it explains where to can send a bill for reimbursement.... I’ll keep my fingers crossed. The welding of the nut is temporary until they get a premonition fix, I like...
Everything I read, everyone I talk to says the Toyo MT is one very durable tire, reading the specs of the 37x13.50r17, the load capacity if 4300... that’s very impressive.
Thanks for the review on the tires. Great to hear about your gears, seams like that is probably the right combo on a power wagon. What oil are you going to use? I’m running Amsoil sever gear, I hear good things about redline also.
Looks really good! Those H2 rims are very good rims made by Alcoa. I have seen people use all different types of center caps on them. You got a great deal, I would have bought them for that. I had a set bored to clear dodge hubs and should have never sold them.
I can see how extreme flex would cause that as these radius arms don’t allow for that unless you have that joint that power wagons have. I have the carli arms, they allow for some flex, but not much more than stock as they run a different joint at the frame end not a pressed rubber joint.

If you are standing behind the truck looking from the rear tire to th front you can slightly see part of th warm hub. FYI the dynalock hubs are allot shorter than warn. Also the spyntech kit is allot shorter, if that’s an issues. I personally want the hub as long as possible to spread the weight...
I’ll be shocked if they warenty it but you never know. I’m gonna give carli a call about their sway bar as I run one. I’ll be surprised if carli has an issue, they do their homework.
All done, the center caps took allot of cutting. I still need to do the rears and the spare. Truck steers a tone better and feels overall smoother with the free spin hubs.
Been on 18 years now, 3 different departments and supervise a fleet now, every patrol car I’ve ever seen on every agency around me, the child safety lock or switch is activated, nothing special and no additional equipment added.
I know what goes on back there, really nasty stuff! The surbarban is also used as a patrol car, espically for specialized units or command staff. The rear door locks... that’s easy, the child switch is just flipped... nothing more nothing less.
Check under the rear seats really really good before you let your kiddos play around too much. I search everyone really well, however I removed the rear seat in my patrol car to do a really deep cleaning after a drunk Pissed in the back seat. I found an uncapped syringe under the backseat... and...
