Nope. Exhaust spacers are not enough to clear the driveshaft with the AEV 3.5" lift. If you don't believe me I would be happy to sell you some barely used teraflex exhaust spacers I have in the basement. I ended up with an AFE y pipe. It clears but the product fitment is terrible as is...

The Toyos are stiff tires, especially if they are e rated. But my 35" km2s ride great (d rated) at 26-28psi. The bfg AT does not ride any better than the KM2 if that is your main concern. How much psi are you running in the toyos?

The track bar and frame side track bar mount is the most common problem. The bolts are sized incorrectly and threaded the full length where they should be shouldered. This creates slop for two reasons, once you get death wobble once or twice the mounting holes get wallowed out and it's even...

That's one way to read it. I think any of the manufacturers CAN make a diesel meeting standards, the point is it becomes very expensive, less reliable, less efficient and diesel is still more expensive. So in a way, the EPA and emission standards have everything to do with it. Not impossible...

Sounds like AEV instruction still suck. The big fat washers should go on the lower control arm bolts, axle end. They are cam eliminator washers, notice how the factory bolts to through an oversized square hole. Are the extra bolts both m14? I believe the frame side track bar bolt is on the...
