Jeep Grand Cherokee vs Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk

While I have no experience with the new Ecodiesel, I'm a big fan of the Hemi. Fantastic engine and should definitely move the Grand Cherokee along at a nice clip and be capable as far as towing. Never had any issues with my hemi inside or out (well, had to replace an oil pressue sending unit)...

what do jeep guys like as a truck?

My favorite thing about it is the size. Bigger than a ranger or colorado or s10 or whatever, smaller than a full size.

Jeep Grand Cherokee vs Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk

Alright. Guess I will only talk about and voice my opinions on 1973 Wagoneers, not (full size) Cherokees, not Grand Wagoneers, not J Trucks, not any other year in their lifespan from 1963 to 1991, because even though they are the same vehicle in different trim levels, same platform, they clearly...

Jeep Grand Cherokee vs Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk

Yes, a biased opinion based on the fact that I drove one around for several days and did not like it one bit. There were literally physical difficulties with operating the vehicle that presented severe safety issues. Having the engine shut off while merging into traffic on the highway...thats...

Jeep Grand Cherokee vs Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk

Rebates a cherokee once for a weekong trip In Utah. I believe it was a lower model and 2wd. That being said the thing was a piece of junk. Tinny and rattley. We took it down one dirt road and after a mile or two there was a consistent and constant noise of something rubbing on the brakes on one...

1973 Wagoneer - Full Size Camping Goodness

would you look at that. some actual work done. For some time now i have known that my rear shackle bushings have been TOAST. The springs and axle would shift left and right with a massive CLUNK every time i took a corner or turn. Finally decided to tackle it. You can see the shackle riding...

1973 Wagoneer - Full Size Camping Goodness

Nothing lately though. Had family in town and some how the wag was the most practical vehicle for all 5 of us to go places in (2 door challenger, 2 door pickup, 2 door nova.....4 door wagoneer). Put a few hundred miles on it over the last week. Das all. Up in Virginia City:
