You should be fine running 35's with the RW wheels.
I've got a friend who had on his without rubbing.
He eventually had to replace (wheels) with more offset due to his custom mid travel front suspension though...
I don't have any advise on the specific mount above....I did do this in my FJC though.
At the time of writing, I was using Motion-X for maps. I use Gaia GPS exclusively as of today.
I have also upgraded to an iPad Pro and a different RAM mount, but the rest remains the same.
This might work on the GX if it has a factory rear locker. This is the procedure I used on my 08 FJC.
It works in 2wd and you can cycle on and off at will...

I've looked into the Exped mats, I wish they made one that was the size of a twin mattress.
I went to HF yesterday and picked up a moving blanket and a will put it to the test.
I washed it last night as it had the dreaded HF plastic smell to it though...
We'll see.
What are you doing to insulate yourself from the ambient air in your air mattress (car camping).
Twin mattress in an FJ Cruiser with the rear seats removed and a proper sleeping platform installed.
