In hard use you will have to replace the stock bushings and ball joints in that time frame also. Cheby upper BJ's will need it more than that when they separate after you loose another undersized shock.
Everything wears, with what you are doing, nothing is going 100K with zero maintenance...
How much travel are you trying to squeeze out of it? More than stock you will need to take some angle out of the upper mount. Try and keep about the same amount of castor gain regardless of what travel you end up with.
Be glad your not building a Tacoma LOL.......
JD fab kit for one. The uniballs and hiems will last 40-60k depending on how much mud you pack in them. Easy to replace. Camburg's are very similar in design and maintenance.
Do you think the Raptors are poorly designed? Poor handling based on the longer arms? Surprise, they are based of the JD...
It's pretty obvious from this statement that you have absolutely no idea what you are talking about. They are not "single use" kit's, I know for a fact that any of those kits listed will go 100K miles with a little maintenance. Way less maintenance than a stock set-up. Running dirt track car...
You need larger shocks. Period. I would not consider anything under a 2.5 for a rig that large. A 3.0 would be better and would last forever. Buy once and cry once or buy every 6 months and cry about it.
Shocks will make or break your ride, getting someone that knows what they are doing to...
I bought one of these about 6 months ago to replace My smoked Hypertherm.

So far it is worked perfectly. Will cut 1/4" steel and aluminum with ease. Have...
Things I have learned about Fords. Bumpers are a structural part of the frame. Most trucks are almost undriveable without the front bumper on. Also tieing the radius arm mounts together is pretty standard. Steering box also makes a huge difference.
If it were mine, I would ditch the steering...
Running super singles on that would kill the wheel bearings unless they were really inset. Then they would probably rub the frame at full lock. It would also not make it that much wider. A wider axle is about the only real option if you want reliability.
Look up scrub radius......
Like Len said, you probably have a boost leak or your up pipes are leaking. You should be seeing 15-17 under load. Mine will almost go down to zero cruising on the highway. Boost levels depend on load, no load=no boost.
1988 Spartan, looks to be about 14' inside the box. Did not have tape measure. Interior height is about 75"

trans unknown auto at this point.
Radiator was dry and has suspect corrosion on some of the seams.
FWD yes, front wheel drive.
Airbag suspension all the way around. These are...
It was a cool down room for firefighters.
Has a whopping 1500 miles on it.
Not even broken in.
Sadly the generator is gone. Could not get it to start with the undersized dead batteries that are in it. Looking into getting it shipped back to Kansas as I am tied up with work. If I had a...
