I cant recommend anyone specific that far north, but if you check craigslist you may be able to find someone cheaper. Unemployment is high in ca, so a lot of people are looking for extra work Good Luck

it is not my ideal spot for it, I want to get it onto the roof rack, but since I have neither designed or built my roof rack yet it is hard to mount to it. I cleaned it pretty often, and had the mechanism wrapped in shrink wrap to help keep it clean. There was a mishap though, hard to explain...

Not sure what you drive, but I dont have a spare tire rack, so I have it strapped through the tailgate on the Power Wagon. Works great

The entire trail was a blast, not very long, but fun and it was with a great group

The 3rd gen Quad Cab Power Wagons are: Wheelbase 140.5, Total length 227.7 width 79.8 I believe the overall length of the 4th gen is just a touch longer
