you will quickly find that they are great trucks, if you have PW specific questions, let me know, I can point you in the direction of some great resources
The vvt is only on the 1500. Before I had the Wagon I had an 04 2500 hemi 2wd and it was about 12-15 with the 4.10. The extra weight and the 4.56 really kills the mileage of the wagon
Welcome to the Power Wagon Club, join us at forum.powerwagonregistry.org/ it is a great group that is always willing to share PW specific knowledge. They help me all the time
I think it was 5/8, and it is a bit thick. I just scraped the old stuff off with a razor, and cleans the surface with a little solvent from work. I have only had it on there for a few months, but no problems so far

link takes you to a menu, this is the foam...
Looks great, only thing I am not sure of is the lights are kind of exposed, the trails I am normally on, I end up rubbing the roof in trees a lot. I would be afraid of damaging the lights.
I dont really have anything to add, but wanted to be part of this thread. I am a Dodge guy myself, but everybody has different needs and likes, so whatever floats your boat . . . . .as long as it is a Dodge :)
I am not familiar with the f150, I am a dodge guy, but it might be similar. The pulleys in the dodge (2 idle, 1 tensioner) are 1 bolt each, and very easy to get to

Dodges are awesome, even stock, I had on 04 2500 2wd that I took all over the place, and only got it stuck twice. (once was pure stupidity on the driver, me)
