Overkill only if you don't pair it with a house battery bank, which even adds up to the weight. I have the Prosine 3.0kw in my 25ft vehicle, a 2.5kw in my E250, both having a 3-stage charger which is a great reason enough to have it, even if you don't power anything.

I already have a complete setup (4x4 E4OD with transfer case from my Bronco) but I was curious when I saw the TC110 kit at U-Joint's site. I was excited if I didn't have to disable my Bronco.

Do you have a kit for this, without removing the transmission, similar to your TC110?

Since you've touched on alignment, what's the usual way of adjusting caster? I don't see any cam or bolt on this Quigley thing. For camber, I would think the solid axle is non-adjustable.

Aren't the front coil springs part of the RIP kit? Not as easy as changjng shocks, but I've done it a few times before.

Should I get the RIP kit before I install the front drive axle into my van, and install the RIP kit at the same time? Or the RIP is to be installed by Agile only?

And btw, I'm removing the rooftop A/C, as it feels the RV is top-heavy; I'm gonna replace it with a split unit with a condenser that mounts either at the rear or under the chassis.

Or, after everything is put in place, bring the RV to Agile and let them figure it out?

You're right, of course :-), Q put a 3" block at the rear! Where would I order custom leaf springs? What info do I have to give them? Before I order. do I have to have the rear weighed after everything is put in place? I'll look into Agile's RIP.

Yes, they did. It's going to be pretty much a bolt-on swap from the E350 to my older E250 (the axles, suspension brackets, springs, 4-link arms, swaybars, cross members, etc.), although they tack welded some of the bolted brackets to the frame in a couple places - which will be easy to grind...

Not sure, may well be a 4R100. But I thought E4OD and 4R100 are one and the same, being those in later model years were called 4R100. If you don't mind, please explain the difference(s). I looked at the pan and it looks/shaped like that in my 1990 E250, when 4R100s were still unheard of.
