    High roof / low roof

I went round and round about cutting the top off mine to add a fiberglass top. It's expensive and a LOT more work to finish it out nice. If you plan on cooking, doing dishes, preparing big meals, indoor shower, haul a motorcycle, I would say absolutly high top. Our van is basically a tent on...

Can't think of a catchy name but I'm ALL IN now.

19X36 opening. Slats are 3/4" wide. Tracks must be parallel. I had to put some shims in the back as the plywood sides aren't on the same plane as the steel frame. I added a conceal across the top to hide where the door makes the corner. Other than what felt like 50 million cuts with the hacksaw...

The door came in 8 foot long pieces and was built for the cabinet. 56 cuts and 112 deburred edges and a few hours later you have a custom size door.

Other than the aluminum casing on the tambour slats it's all plastic so it's not a clangy rattle. I doubt it will be louder than the toolbox full of tools under the bed. It feels like there's enough weight to it to keep it quiet though. I'll report back once I get it installed.

More progress. Cabinet framed up and secured. This will have 2 way drawers where the door is and the bottom of the other part will be electrical and maybe heat. I want an Espar setup but dang. Them things are pricey for a gas version. Any alternative ideas are more than welcome. Would love to...

A little hardware waiting when I got home from work this morning. Sequoia locking, flush mount, no giant holes in the floor, with cover caps. Feels like nice stuff. I can fit 6 people here no problem. It's like a small picnic table! This is awesome and motivating. This is gonna be sweet.
