Looks like they have a 54x60 there which is perfect, I will try and cancel my other order and see if this place still has that size.

Just got off the phone with the other vendor linked here.
Companies are phasing out the 54x60 and 60x60s.

He too has the 42x60.
He wanted to sell me two 30" wides, no way do I want to run two blankies.
Going to stick with the 42x60.

Funny thing is the guy at the URL you gave is the reseller to Cozy Winters, and he already knew of my other order.

who is the reseller to Cozy Winters, is phasing out the 30x60 ones too.
They are only going to have two models, the 42x60 like I am getting, and a 36x60.

If one needs a larger size like the 54x60 or a 60x60, you will have to look elsewhere.

I will have to do some research as to other makes out there too, as there are some that have the built in auto shut off timer so you can go to sleep with it on, and it shuts off after awhile.

So mine might be up for sale later on, maybe even before my first camping trip if I find another one out there better suited to the size of the AirLand mattress.

What was the size and capacities of the battery you used for your tests? How old was it? I would like to compare it to the battery I have in the back of my truck. I would hope to get more than 8 hrs or so, maybe a long weekend. Thanks.

You're right.

But if you only use it to preheat the sleeping bag for half an hour before crawling in, you won't have a problem of battery discharge.

Yes. I've been using it on my bed in my house to test it out, and I've been really pleased with it so far. It doesn't put out a massive amount of heat, and if I pre-heat my bed it doesn't hardly seem warm to the touch. But when I get into bed, if I set the temperature too high I'll be sweating even without many covers on.
