very nice, what type of spring compressor did you use?

I just used a regular $50.00 spring compressor...nothing special.

FYI - HD coils won't work with a standard tool, you must use a wall mount type that has flat coil compressors. I have installed upgraded 4Runner and Tacoma coils and found this out.

Looking forward to see what you do for slider, mine are currently off, I need to rework the mounting a little.

Good looking sequoia, whats next?
Thanks, it seems that not many people take them off road. I feel like an outcast from the Cruiser clubs. I would have bought a 100 or 200 series, but my three kids need space.

I think the next big ticket item is a Warn winch.
I'm ok with the ATRAC so far.....or at least until I can save up for a rear locker. I have sliders built, just not installed yet.

Nice sequoia. I got a 1st gen tundra and now I wanna add a sequoia to the fleet. Mainly cuz it would be a bigger version of my 1st gen runner lol. Wanna see how you build it up.

The day we bought the odyssey, I wanted to look at a Sequoia they had on the lot- got shot down- but your (simple) setup makes it look much more sellable. Maybe once the girls can climb into their own seats...

We had a Diesel Excursion, Jeep Commander Limited, Suburban, and thought we could downsize to a 2012 JKU with an added 3rd row. We drove it for a year and wanted the space back after a few camping/Expo trips with a trailer. I have 6y/o twins in booster seats, and a 13 y/o that is 5'9. I did a ton of research and we looked at Tahoe's, Expeditions, LR3's, Cruisers and finally a settled on the last year of the solid axle Sequoia. We almost did the LR3, but one look at the rear seats and my son said no way. Once my Oldest gets his own car, we will most likely get a 2008 200 Series.
After owning a handful of SUV's we have come up with this list...

My family Rig Must have's, by priority level:

1. Quad captains chairs, with a 3rd row (separates the kids the best and allows easy access with car seats)
2. true 4x4 w/low range (no part time awd bs)
3. Power...Because Power.
4. Fits on most trails
5. Dependable (lower because I can fix almost everything myself)

Took the Sequoia out over the weekend for some mountain Snow.....didn't even have to break out the snow chains!

Now I am installing a Warn VR10000-S today...wishing there was a a manufacturer that made a bolt in winch plate. I'll post pics after I'm finished.

Can't wait to see the progress on your winch install. I bought the same Warn winch for my Sequoia, but it will be a bit before I install it. Good looking truck btw. What size tire are you running?

.Looking good. I haven't had a need for chains. 4x4 is plenty with good tires
