I'm going to install it on Monday, hopefully my gears will be here soon too. Get those installed, two more things off the list.

The new 300A Iraggi Alternator went in ok last night. Had to pull all the pulls of for the supercharger also the shroud and fan had to go to. The job will take allot less for you guys without superchargers. Once the old alternator was off the new one went right into place with the pulley it came with and then bolted everything back up.

One thing I did notice about the supercharger belt was it was waring out pretty quick. I will be replacing it soon. A few big cracks in the side of the belt. I just hope this isn't of things to come with the supercharger eating belts. I'm hoping I can just account the first belt wearing out a bit quicker due to the supercharger break in period which can happen with some roots style blowers. I checked all the alignment of the pulleys and everything is good there and the belt showed no signs of slippage.

Just something to keep an eye on you guys with new TRD superchargers. I might buy the new URD pulley to get a bit more boost. I know that URD pulleys are better on belts too with slipping issues.

Went to HRT Off-road over the weekend and did a bit of work on the truck, and came home with these.

Couldn't help myself, what a piece of art work and machine work! Yup ICON billet upper control arms. Another part to install :):wings:

Verify the uniballs move prior to starting in on the install. I had one I could work back and forth with my thumbs, the other was totally frozen, so I got put it all back and drive the hour to their shop.

Well guys, after a very large search for a nice gauge pod, and after having the lotek one come to my house and I sent it back for bad quality and fitment. I'm having a custom 3 pod made for the truck out of fiberglass. Just thought I would post a photo of the VERY preliminary stage of install. I'll post more pictures of how things progress, and the final install with the Boost, Trans temp and oil pressure gauges.

Here's the first picture. not much to see but give you an idea.

Thanks :)

Not yet sorry, I've talked to the dealer about it and they said there are 2 vacuum lines that come off the side of the SC inlet tube, either one of those would work for a boost gauge. I haven't tried it but I will when the pod is done and the gauges are going into place. I'll know for sure. I have to get all this done cause my truck has a date with a dyno on May 2 at 10am :)

we'll see what real world HP she's making.
