Well she is up and blowing smoke again. Only have one side done but it cranked for about a combined minute and started right up. Actually ran pretty smooth which surprised me. Now onto the other side, might be a few weeks until I tackle that though.
I have similar questions to the thread starter. Im looking at a 7.3L with about 90k miles on it and wondering what things I should address first. Was thinking fluid changes as I'm not sure when they were done last. Going to be using the van in New England during the winter so should I do the plugs as well?

90K is hardly any miles! Fluids are always a good idea and worth changing out. I would run it for a while and see how it does, may not have any issues. If you do pull the VC though I would suggest doing plugs and injector O-rings as well as UVCH as you are 90% of the way there anyways.
