LOL STU, Can't type with my body shaking from laughter...I would only consider those plates for the ease of recollecting the plate number when necessary....lol "which one is yours" hahahahahaha. Reading is fundamental. Dean

If that be the case
go the ATW GW
see how long it takes before your sick of explaining it to people standing next to the "Global Warrior" sign

or just say "strewth ya drongo don't ya got peepers in your sweede bone"

In saying that I have them on my truck and bike
strangest thing is you'll be standing with someone who says "which ones yours"?
well that would be the one with "STU" on the plate
shows how much value for money you get out of them - no one notices

Stu, tell ya a true story...way off track but anyway...my next door neighbour had to call about insurance for her car....
Insurance guy: " So Jenny, what's your rego number on this car?"
Jenny: "I dunno . Hang on and I'll run outside to the carport and check."...Long pause.....puffing ." It's J.E.N.0.8.3"
Insurance guy puzzled: "That sounds like a personalised plate to me????"
Jenny: " Doh!!! Yeah. It's my name and the year I was born."
Insurance guy: "Are you blonde?"
Jenny: "We'll I am actually. Why?""

Her mum told me......lol.

Hey! What? I used to be blond before I went grey!!

but all kidding aside, I like the single cab looks much better than the Isuzu double cab, just seems to be proportionally correct. I have seen a few silver cabs here in the vancouver area and that looks like the best colour for me, if and when I get mine painted it will be silver and that might not be far off with the light coating of cheap white paint that is on there now. I have some surface rust showing up.
Light grey is a good colour other than white, it is light enough that it reflects the sun like white but doesnt stand out like white. I know many think that my camper is white but it is very light grey. I wont comment on the biege!

Been really busy on a couple of these this week....built for drilling exploration crews. So have to be able to self-recover, 200 litre fuel tanks, dual spare wheels, big walk-in boots for stowing camping gear, all the usual safety gear, etc.....something different to our usual gas pipeline and mining buses anyway. Enjoy.

:drool:Very nice presentation for it's intended purpose. Love the bumpers ('roo bar?). The windshield screen is for rock and brush deflection (?)...what is that called? Looks like a very capable vehicle. Regards, Dean

Thanks mate.

Bumpers in Oz, more often than not are called "bullbars" ....occaisionally you will hear a lightweight bar described as a "roo bar" cause roos bounce and bulls don't I guess.

The front screens are for stone defelction more than anything else......from experience, no good for cockatoo's.

Regards John.
