This is one from Cape Tribulation up in Australia. Not my pic but I took one just like it. The bottom sign is a Cassowary (some kind of flightless bird). The top one is a "modified" speed bump sign.

Back in the early '80s there was a sign in front of the Osan AB, Korea, hospital that said:

"<== Stairway to Emergency Room"
