Going to finish up the window trim now. Once that is done I will post up a few more. I really need to get it out onto the road/trail again.

A couple of small and unnoticeable things left to do, but I will get to those later. It is done and I can just enjoy it for a while.
The corners and sides are tied in with a few snaps:

I am trying to get a good shot of the side but the iphone takes bad pictures at this time of day... Another pic will be posted once the sun is past the trees.

Love this top. The look, especially with your wheels is amazing. Enhances the whole character of the jeep.

Well Done Sir!

Thanks, I really appreciate it! I guess I just have an affinity for the vintage utilitarian look...:)

I was going to use nylon, polyester or some other type of strapping for the roll up windows, but after research, I ordered some cotton OD green webbing and purchased some fleece material to pad the windows. This should prevent scratching (at least for a while). That webbing/strapping should arrive tomorrow which will allow me to play with the roll up sides and various configurations. I should be to do a different look/function for each day of the week (if I were so inclined).

It would probably look the best on a scrambler because of the length. :). I am thinking about doing something similar for my wife's TJ since the vehicle is readily available... I have lots of other ideas floating around, some of which go hand in hand with the soft top. I think I will start on those first since they will not be as time consuming...

Squint,

Are there plans to put this to production or selling off the pattern to a current manufacturer?

John,
I will definitely let you know and start a list of anyone interested if it does indeed reach that point. Thanks for your interest!

Another note on the top-
I also came up with an idea to tighten the top if it stretches without altering the top itself. Since it is extremely tight as it is, I cannot test that idea yet, but I may get there one of these days.

Thanks again!

Here are some before and after:
You can see the AC is on here which bulges out the top, but its the best pic I have:

I love it. I've always loved that "safari" / vintage look. I've been wanting to put white rims like yours on my TJ for a while now too.
