I was trolling through my blog for any neat picture of the trailer in a great campsite but instead I dragged this old 2005 photo out.

It was not so much this campsite but the whole trip with good friends that made the adventure so awesome. You can never re-create the past adventures but instead have to strive to plan new ones. Here's to more adventures in 2014 for all of us!

What's with the hampster zipline?

Hamster?

We would capture desert kangaroo rats, buckle them up in a little harness and then launch them down the line, filming it all with a camera-equipped quadcopter.

(It is actually a shortwave antenna)
