Seems like these guys missed a good opportunity for EV charging on the playa
I was aware that Rivians were used in the rebel rally but didn't know about the hydrogen charging station, so cool!

Or don’t take one of the EVs with the lowest range specifically designed to be a commuter car.
This. Pretty bold choice of car to take to Gerlach, NV and not cool to use a outlet without permission.

Guy probably wears a tuxedo to a strip bar.
To what guy are you referring to and I don't get it, is that suppose to be a insult or compliment or....

Haven't seen a car being charged but have read about it.

Sure we've all see folks charging their phones indoors at libraries, airports etc.

Lately I'm seeing more folks charging stuff like Ebikes outside of retail shops. Natch, seen RVer and vanlifers plugged into parking lot landscape receptacles.

Even seen a few times someone outside a business charging a power station which was either hidden in a "shopping bag" or sitting open in a shopping cart. Meanwhile the person sit nearby having a smoke while using the free wifi.

The FSA (Free Poop Army) has no limits.

There is a difference between charging a phone/laptop while using the open WiFi and plugging in your Leaf to a small home/business for the 10+ hours it would take to get the range needed to get somewhere (8 amps,115V I am assuming).
