Your Defender is progressing nicely! Where do you hope to travel with it once finished?

thank you. first i am planning short trips in my city then we have a team in Türkiye named "Land Rover Adventure Türkiye" . between 22 june - 8 july we planned our 6th long trip organization. türkiye-bulgaria-kosova-macedonia.

on 1 July 2012 we were 14 Defenders 65 person. we made 4500 km in 14 days. we traveled to Georgia it was our 5th organization


Africa is my dream
nowadays Syria is dangerous because of their civil war. 3 years ago it was easy to go to Syria for us. our people was friend with their people. But some global politicians didnt want peace in middle east. because of them, our relations has broken. As so it was easy to travel to Africa by passing Syria but now i had to make another plan.

İt seems that i have to go on Türkiye-Bulgaria-Sırbia-Crotia-Slovenia-İtaly-France-Spain to reach to Morocco Türkiye to Spain is aproximatly 5000km. and after Spain i have to use ferry to reach Africa. After that i can travel west side of Africa.

Just read this thread, what a great project you have there, a 130 with a very different rear body, 100% for a fine looking Defender...

are you keeping the front bumper OEM?

And what rims are you going for ?
