New to me 2008 LR3 SE. Third row, 18" wheels. Not a lot of options that I can see.
85k miles when I got it. 2 owners but almost all of it was first one. Great shape from everything I could see. Took it to a Euro import garage for pre-buy inspection, came back with high marks, no issues.
This and other LR forums have been incredibly helpful to give me the confidence and knowledge to keep this thing running well another ten years.
Bought it to be part time commute vehicle and family hauler, and adventurer as often as possible. Most common trip for us is probably a 2-3-4 day trip around Texas, maybe into Arkansas, Oklahoma, Louisiana. I want to take my family wherever we want, whenever we want, and be self sufficient and comfortable the entire time.
First things first: new tires. I have 5 285/60r18 Atturo Trail Blade X/T on order, and an extra matching wheel en route from eBay. Also ordered the OEM cargo barrier since I'm hauling a puppy and other stuff in the cargo area.
I'd like to start digging into the mechanical stuff as much as I can, just gotta get enough tools to get started. Or borrow them. I have a million other ideas in my head but I want to make sure this truck is healthy as she's coming up on 100k miles.
