Looks great! I love my BFGs!
My stock 2005 SE, only mod is the snorkel, that I drove from Sweden to the Sahara desert in Morocco and back just a few weeks ago. It was a spontaneous trip so had only packed some changes of clothes and water

The BFG 265/65 R18's only very slightly rub in extreme turns (especially backing up), but I suspect its only a few millimeters and as they wear down over time, probably will not be noticeable. I love the slight lift that they give you and they ride really smooth and quiet.
I'm running the same size (265/65/18) TerraGrapplers. I noticed the same rubbing issue in reverse. I found that cutting away the front edge of the left front wheel well liner fixed the issue. Also, it is EXTREMELY important that you relocate the wires leading to the height sensor on the left front from the side of the frame to the top of the frame. Once that's done, no more rub.
The one big downside I've discovered to running tires this size is that you can not put spacers on. The spacer will increase the radius the tires "swing" in the wheel well and will impact the fender flares near the front doors.

It came with the car when I bought it, won't see the benefits until I do some real deep water crossings with it. With regards to windnoise I haven't had any issues even when driving on the autobahn in Germany (no speed-limit) but then again the D3/LR3 is a pretty good windcatcher in itself due to the design. No airflow issues either from what I can tell, but it sure is a nice aesthetic upgrade to the car.
Are you running with the Johnson rods? Thinking about switching to the same wheels in the future even tho I would prefer more rubber with the 17 inch wheels.
No rods, all pure stock LR3.
If you run a lift - the johnson rods or equivalent you can use the spacers. It will require additional - easy - cutting of the plastic wheel well material
I have been lurking around this thread for some time. I recently picked up a 2006 LR3 HSE to wheel with, that way I can keep my 110 from getting damaged. I have been watching the things Lucky8 have been doing with their LR3. What made me decide on getting one was what I saw one do at Uwaharie in the Spring event. It was tearing up the trails, going anywhere it wanted to, heck it even pulled over a 110 that had rolled and then pull it down the mountain. Weeks online looking for a low mile specimen sent me to New Jersey to pick it up. One plane flight then 500 mile drive home. So far I have replaced the dryer, changed to 18" wheels, put on some new shoes BFG KO 265/65/18, and picked up a IID
