Can I ask what cross bars you have installed in your factory short rails? Im looking at gettting a falcon as well for my 2013 lr4 and frontrunner is telling me due to off road dynamic forces i need a full rack installed first to make sure the weight is safe on the roof. Anything you can tell me about your load bars and how much weight they can bear would be great! Have you off roaded on rough terrain with this tent yet?
Hello picked up a 2005 LR3 HSE with 207k on her. She had a few things that needed to get done when I got her with 207k i didn't expect less.
New front Breaks and Rotors
New front lower control arms
Now I am just working through a stalling issue that I believe is related to a gas tank breather tube. There was a TSB that was issued and completed and LR said its completed and any repair will be at my cost...
Fun things done to her so far:
1: Rhino Lift rods
2: 275.65.r18
3: Lucky CFE Bumper
4: HF Badlands 12k wench
5: Amazon LED lights

Keep it light. Get a hidden winch mount and keep the factory front and rear bumpers. Then get a pro speed roof rack and terrafirma sliders for Lucky 8 and then get out and enjoy your truck... Try not to turn it into a fat pig not mater how cool it may look.

Honestly, great advice. Mine is currently a "fat pig" and it's quite noticeable.

Why do you need a roof rack? or bumpers? Or any of this stuff? Truck has tons of space and is already plenty heavy.
After 8 years, mine is getting stripped and moved on to pastures new.
Been fun having it and I’ll miss it when it’s gone.
But it’s cost a fortune this year in repairs and the specialist I’ve been using as let me down with poor workmanship and tore the ******** out of getting it back to me after a breakdown. 11 weeks and a few attempts to sort a problem left me disappointed and zero faith in the car. It’s still not right which annoys me.
So all the off road kit bar the snorkel and light guards are coming off and are being sold on to get some cash back and then the car is gone.
Been fun having it and I’ll miss it when it’s gone.

Who makes the front bumper? Looks like a full metal combo with A Frame.
