Make no mistake about it.... These panels were an extraordinary PITA to fit. I needed a little more wiggle room.

Did a little road testing today. I'm pretty pleased. It's quite a bit heavier with the floor and panels

I'm going to try and do all the details tomorrow. Safety chains, lights, wiring, and tailgate.

What is your axle/spring setup? I'm looking to build a trailer for my Jeep and trying to figure out how to put the axle/springs/hanger setup together so it will ride close to the same height as the Jeep and clear 35" tires w/o tons of trial and error fitment. I really like the way yours is set.
