Both of those items have sparked interest with me as well although I haven't seen that particular hot water heater before. It looks quite simple compared to others . Looking forward to your review.

That heater looks promising. 91% efficiency is very high. Typical RV type furnaces operate at only about 75% efficiency. I'm curious to hear your review of the noise level on that unit. If it has a blade fan instead of a squirrel cage it could be noisey Electrical consumption is very low as well. typical small RV furnaces draw 3.4 amps. The heat source draws just 1.4 amps

I purchased this heater late last Fall. Took it on a week long pheasant hunting trip to western Kansas back in October. I use this heater in my RTT. It works great. When I used it, the low temperatures where low to mid 20's(F). It warms the tent up quickly. (~10 minutes) I used it to heat up the tent before going to bed and again in the morning before rolling out of my bag. Noise isn't an issue for me. I set the unit just outside the tent and use separate hoses to pipe the supply air in, and the return air out.

Do you have the "Hot Box" from AT?

SoCal Desert Rendezvous

The Desert Rendezvous is really gaining alot of steam this year and looks to be our best outing to date. Between the trash cleanup, the Desert Challenge, the raffle, the meal by OVG and happy hour this is going to be HUGE! :bigbossHL:

Heatsource 2000 Install: Phase I

Big thanks to Mario and Martyn at AT for coming through with this - now to get it installed!

Heatsource 2000 with 10lb propane cylinder and aluminum bracket from AT

Heater will be installed down inside the pre-existing storage box inside the FlipPac, it's almost like it was made for it.

Propane cylinder bracket will mount easily to the swingout. Never mount your propane inside your living space.

The full project will be documented here:

New rear bumper project

I've outgrown the CBI bumper due to the recent addition of propane and a few other refinements I'd like to make so...

Project is underway to source a new rear bumper, stay tuned :costumed-smiley-007
