ExPo Garages: Lets see them!

Almost finished. I'll do some more painting in the spring and still have my "mess wall" to take care of. On that wall i'll be install some sort of slat wall.

The Floor is HP Spartacote from GlobalGarage Floor.

The Cabinets and Work Bench are Seville Classics from Sams Club

The side walls of the garage are some kind of ceramic/tile block. Pretty Unigue. The heater is not hooked up yet.

The "Mess Wall" and my snowmobile without the rear suspension. My goal is to use some type of slat wall or the Rubbermaid Wall system found at Home Depot. I should be able to get rid of the wire shelf. I'll have to wait till the spring

The bins on top of the rolling cabinets are from Home Depot. Very sturdy

Overall I am very happy. I need to sell a lot of junk and my small shed is a mess also. It's a start

Thanks, I spent a lot of time cleaning it today. It was pretty messy from working on my snowmobile and my camper bed project (i'll have some pics of that later this week.

Just went to Costco and bought this

I have both a membership to SAMs and Costco. The only reason why i have the SAMs club membership is for the Seville cabinets. The tall ones are 188 and the workbench is 398. A lot cheaper than the gladiator stuff

The Ultra HD Garage stuff is awesome. I have one of those same cabinets I bought a few months ago, and I just finished putting together two of the plain workbenches today. Really high-quality products. I wish Sam's would start carrying the wall cabinets, because I'm eventually going to break down and buy them from the Seville website (and have to eat the shipping, ouch).

Compare the Seville Ultra HD Garage workbench ($188) to the Gladiator workbench ($529). They both have 1-3/4" solid maple tops and powdercoated steel support legs. The only difference that I'm aware of is that the Seville workbench actually has more support in the form of an extra leg and a rear cross brace. Think they're making some money on the Gladiator stuff? Cause I can pretty much guarantee Seville's not losing any on theirs...

the Seville's are the best bang for your buck i could find. Initially i was going to buy the cheap plain white utility storage cabinets from HD. However they are def not as strong as this and they sit on the ground, not on casters. The casters make it much easier to clean. I also had a number of professional garage companies come out.

I got the Seville Ultra HD Garage workbench also. Had it for 3 years now. Great table. Recently I bought the matching under bench cabinets and a larger 72" tall cabinet....all Seville. Highly Recommend.

Anymore ExPo-licious garages?

My wife and I are excited, we are about to make an offer on the property we have been renting for almost two years. So in that excitement I downloaded sketchup and started designing the upgrades, additions and deletions. The house currently has a one car garage which was deleted allowing access to the backyard, due to property line. Its a boring ole ranch style now but we would remodel it to a craftsman style abode.

The second garage was a concept idea but the wife doesn't like it. Property line is approximate to the far right grass line. And sketchup even has an FJ62 and Speed Triple!!!

My wife and I bought our first house this summer, unfortunately we didn't find one with a garage. I do however have a decent sized shed with electricity.

Hadn't seen this before, but I'll play since I love my garage and spending time in it... This was when I first got done building it, before the driveway and car-port on the far side. Took me 9 months to build this 28'x30'er...

And there is the best picture I have of the inside, complete with 10,000lb lift. It made the SAS on my truck SO much easier. It's a "little" cleaner now and has insulation, drywall, and heat / AC.

I'm definately jealous! And drooling! There are some nice shops out there!

I can work on my CJ in the 'shop', but no way my F150 fits.

I do have the pole barn at the cabin, used more for storing the CJ in winter, keeping the '53 PW out of the weather, and wrenching on the tractor if it's raining out.:

Plans are for a nice 2+ stall, with a lift in one bay. Be a few years yet.

The deal fell through on the house with the matching RV bay and garages in early 2008, but we closed on this place in May 2009 with a much larger house, another acre of land and much nicer views.

I installed a lift in the 10' ceilings garage that works great for the smaller cars...

And at least gets the sliders 4' off the ground on the Lexus:

I like living out here in the middle of nowhere - so many trails a block from my house.

and finally enough room to park all my cars...
