This a garage to kill for (ok killing is maybe a bit to harsh, how about a good old fashion knee capping). This belongs to a friend of mine, I happen to be working on his log home at the moment and thought I'd share this one with you all.
45x60, second story loft apartment, radiant heat concrete floors powered by a gas boiler with free gas from the property's gas lease, 15,000 lb lift, full kitchen downstairs, 42 inch plasma TV and 4000 watt stereo, metal brake, lathe, and end milling machine, plus alot more in undisclosed rural location. The toys that reside in here range from a 68 Camaro built to the hilt, 78 Suburban lifted, locked and big blocked, sweet orginial Jeep Commando, and an in progress all steel '32 Ford coupe.
Enjoy and don't hate your garage.
Nice use of the space James. Must have been quite a project to "raise the roof". Hopefully you aren't planning on doing any welding or flame cutting on that pretty epoxy floor!

Nice garage James! Sort of similar to mine, but colours are different. I've got grey on the bottom, blue stripe, and white upper half. I did grey epoxy on the floor as well, but I've been doing some heavy work in there so it's pretty scratched, chipped and burnt.
I'll might try and upload some pictures, but I don't have any glamour shots.
What's the deal with your mill? Looks like a little CNC?
Here's my garage...
The worst part is, we had a chance to move into the back unit of our duplex about 1yr ago - the back unit has a 2car garage, carport, and parking for one more car, all behind a locked gate. Instead, my Porsche is on my lawn awaiting a timing belt and my motorcycle is in the side yard under a tarp. All of them have been keyed or broken into at some point, too. D'oh!
Continued later on.....
