Just a suggestion with regard to the route Funrover...
I'm up in Woodland Park and I ride that stretch A LOT. I'd steer clear of 24 as much as possible. There's a real nice way to leave 24 just after Divide and avoid all but 5 miles of it until you roll into Hartsel. Lemme know if you want more details.
