He said it had rust on the rockers and that he sealed it and that's what the diamond plate is covering. Drivers side door sill is pretty rusted out too. It's lived in Minnesota and they use salt

With that being said he stated it was mechanically sound and price seemed negotiable. Just too much work for me at this point
