A couple of updates!
Total Chaos and the Desert People Video Series are going to donate some DVD's to give away!

REI will be donating some Clif Bars. Those things rock!

www.goodgun.org has donated some money to the cause as a giveaway! As well as some members coming to help. I'm excited to see responsible shooters step up.

Oakley has given some sun glasses to give away.

The Tacoma Territory, Xterra Owners Club, Copper state cruisers, and Virtual Jeep Club have stepped up to make it an official run of theirs!

www.bordercorp.com Border Construction Specialties have stepped up with a giant grill that can cook 80 burgers at a time! YIKES thats a lot of cow. mmmm!

Some folks are bringing a rake if they can. Its not a neccessity, but it will help with the shells and glass being picked up!

The Forest Service is going to bring a couple of Roll Off Dumpsters in addition to their dump truck!

Picked up the gift certificates from Racer Offroad today!

Hello and what a great idea to start off the new year with. I sent Dynamike 20+ big green BLM trash bags up. I'll see if I can get more if you want? (I'll be up in Tucson next week and can pass them off to someone there) Or if you swing by your local BLM office and explain what's going on, I'm sure they will give you them by the hundreds. I did this for a L.O.S.T AZ run. Was expecting 20 or so bags, ended up with probably 100. The land conservation ranger wanted me to take more, told him it was probable over kill. Sorry I will not be able to make it up for this. later.

Thanks man! I'll be trying to get a bunch of bags from the FS. Its not BLM land so they wouldn't give me bags, but I'll take all of the bags I can round up. It looks like we will be getting over a hundred people there so I think I need a thousand... bags? I don't really know. Maybe more. Oh shoot...

Here are my challenges I'm thinking about today if anyone has some ideas:

I'm keeping an eye out for a "bull horn, megaphone" to borrow for the event.

I'm also trying to figure out how to get some decent signs made to help direct people to the event and clean up spots.

I am excited about this clean up! I haven't been out on many trails since Flyingbaby came along.

Garbage, a trail ride and toss in some good Ole Expo folks and you've got yourself a pretty nice day....
