Looks like it will be 70 degrees on saturday! Perfect. I was worried for just a sec when I looked out the window to SNOW on four peaks on Monday!

Thats how I think too. This condo will stay with me for a long time with others to follow, but I will have a house for my self starting with my next place on. Gotta have somewhere to turn wrenches and play. Have a back yard etc!
Keep the condo's as an investment, rental.

I got lucky and bought mine in 1991.........during the bank/savings and loan crisis................this was way back when downtown Phoenix (Central!) was getting Borded up even! It was insane! I forget what they called the problem.

But we got a heck of a deal just before it went into foreclosure. Between my Dad and I........we bought 5 units in the same building! Just a couple blocks from Old Town Scottsdale. I was considering retiring there one day. But I may now need a few acres in da Outback.........with a 5 car Garage!..........hehe:jump:

I saw you too, yesterday at about 5:30pm!! Down on Thomas and about 30th street parked on the side of the road. You know: you really don't have to park so far away from Bourban street. They have parking right next to the building. :shakin:
