Help with new ZJ up and running

So I am going to be getting a 1995 Grand Cherokee Orvis that has been sitting outside my old company for about 5 years not running. The last time it ran it went about 200 feet and died. Now if I get this I am not sure what all I need to do before trying to fire it up. I know I have to get the gas out and give it an oil change. Is there anything I need to know to get this up and running? My 94 that I have now is rusting apart and I can get this for $4-500.

Body is in mint condition just doesn't run.

Siphon as much old gas as you can, and then change the fuel filter. Put in ~5 gallons of fresh 93 octane fuel. Be prepared to change the fuel filter again soon, and run a can of Seafoam through a full tank.

Check all fluid levels.

Change the oil and filter, and then do it again after ~500 miles.

Air filter.

Plugs, wires, cap and rotor.

Check the brakes, air up the tires.

Charge the battery or bring a new one.

Common no-start solutions:

Crank position sensor
Neutral safety switch
Fuel pump/relay/fuse
Starter
