Isuzu npr 4wd

Many of you ignore the wind and the effect on the composite habitats. Especially the attachment to the rig.
Out of interest... did you see any of the boxes off these trucks/trailers separate from the chassis/subframes when they blew over?
Maybe I am missing something, but I did not see a single one.

Are you speaking about heavy metal welded structures?

I'm installing this. What is best practice to attach the tube end to the grey water line? What do other builders do? What water line tube attachment methods do they use?

Riv nuts in a pieces of aluminium sikaflexed to the sandwich skin.
The objective is to spread the load and reduce any stress concentrations. The bigger the load, the larger the surface area required.
These will secure the 10L calorifier.

I'm considering using "two" 5ft lengths of 8020 aluminum rails (left and right) for a aluminum ladder mount. Other builders used 8020 with overhead cabinets and sikaflex.

What is the surface bonding area of two 5ft 8020 aluminum rails. And what weight could that withstand?

Just a estimate at this point.

Great idea to save water.

The first xx seconds in the shower there is cold water. This guy uses a 5 gallon bucket to catch the cold water until hot water comes.

No. You want a stiff plate at each mounting point that is large enough to spread the load.

Specs on the skin, the foam, the adhesive, and the ladder would be helpful.

Aluminum 2 3/4" thick platform

$109 was a great price for 24 x 36

For strength and attachment to the slides, I boxed it in with a steel 2x2 x 1/8 angle iron frame.

I found a aluminum plate 24 x 36 with FRP total thickness of 1/8 for a top
