Wil,
Do you know what the lumen output is on the "low" mode? Will it stay put when laid down on an un-even surface; or will it roll?

Thx

Dan

Can these withstand a shotgun blast at 20 yards, too? That would totally seal the deal for me.
********

They call this a "Tactical Flashlight" maybe you can shoot one a let me know how it holds up.

I am sorry Dan, I do not have that information available for the Lumen output on low mode for the TAC30 light.

On an uneven surface it will roll, the front is rounded for the filter clips, and the base has a bolt like pattern so I would say it would be fine slightly off level, but will roll at maybe 8 degrees (guessing).

Only thing lightforce i can afford right now. Wil emailed me saying that the bigger one was out of stock but would have it in thrusday. He asked if i wanted what was in stock to ship now, i said to go on and ship it as one box.

That is customer service!

Yup, we had 10 on the shelves yesterday... all gone now. That was a much bigger influx than I could have thought. On the bright side LightForce is in SoCal so we get our inventory super quick, and we had more that is due in this week. :victory:

New product stocking is a guessing game, I normally guess high, but in this case I was way off my rocker. LOL.

Plenty of the AA lights available.

8 degrees? Then do you sell an overlanding-worthy protractor as well? We can't have our flashlights rolling off of tables, you know.

Ryan, You will like it. I have used it for almost a year now and I'm still on the first set of batteries. Its quite bright to boot.

Mark, is your pocket protector leaking again?
What is the country of manufacture?

They are made in China, or as marketing people would say: "Designed in Australia, manufactured in China." I would bet the price would be well above double that if it were made elsewhere. Even Engel just had a Price increase and they are made in Taiwan.

Hey, Will. How is the beam pattern? Is it more of a "flood" or more of a "spot?" Thinkng the larger would be a good spare flashlight on my belt.
