Part of the problem with that is the quantity of parts that I supplied for the build and the basket of money I'm out in that regard.
I've politely asked him to build another one, take his time, and do it right. It's up to him to man-up and do that.

Heard from Scott at the factory.
To paraphrase, he's apologized and wants to make everything right. I am cautiously optimistic.
It will be too hot to camp very soon (already) and I plan to give them the trailer back to either repair or rebuild.

I have been following your build/issues since day one and hoping that everything gets resolved.
As a very happy, recent owner of a rough rider, Chris and Lil'guy have (so far) been great to deal with. I am very excited as we are about to take a 2 week, 4000+ mile trip with the lil'guy and Im even more excited to hear that everything gets taken care of for you (well, maybe a little more excited about the trip

Levelers to reach the ground....hmmmm.....I'll put that on the list; along with fenders that cover the tires, and batteries in a custom battery box not a cheapie plastic one.....
