I found the handbrake. Just now need the M416A1 Cable Assy and Cable Assy Sleeve Mounts (that attach the cable to the underside of the frame.

A bottle opener is a must on the trailer.
Looks nice! I dig the box housing the water and fuel cans.
We completely removed the original hitch assembly. The 48" square tube was welded to the underside of the first cross-member then cross strapped under in two spots and over in three spots. As far as the alignment goes just measure from the front corners to the very end of the tube, ensure both measurements are the same. Also when you install the axel measure to the same point on the tube back to a known point on the axel, both side should again be the same. I've pulled these type trailers in the military but this trailer tracks way better.
Another question. I'm getting ready to do mine. What thickness (1/8, 3/16) of metal did you use to cross strap the receiver tube? I'm starting to amass everything before i get started.
What a great build. Can you please post up detailed pics of what you used to mount the cables too and how it is attached to the receiver tube? Also, how did you run the wiring? Did you cut a hole in the receiver tube and run it back inside of it? Did you run the wires to the box for future electronics or switch panel/battery in the box? Thanks.
Mark, there is a second build planned, my brother really doesn't have a use for a trailer but he really just enjoys building them. So we are going to build another for fun.Your trailer turned out great! Will there be a second build or do you share with your brother?
