To boot, chairs are "Only" $300, which is not bad if they are good, I suppose.
Anyways, thought I'd mention it.
EDIT: Woops, sorry, that pic I linked to is huge; hopefully not a problem.
Why on Earth would anyone put RED wine in a ice bucket?
If you live in Africa and sit in the bushveld looking at Eliphants, Red Wine @ 45deg c plus doesnt go down so well, so we chill our redwine to about 10 to 16 deg c.
Hi there,
I am the owner/designer for Campaign Furniture Company. To answer your comment about the stability on uneven ground is, yes, this chair also adjusts it self to uneven surfaces. It molds itself to whatever ground you may have it on, this was a big consideration in the design process. I think you will find it rather comfortable to sit in as well unlike other chairs available, ergonomics of the body were considered when building this chair. It not only is "pretty" but comfortable.
It is funny that when people see an expensive price tag they think it must be better and that they are not buying someones new Mercedes. I am keeping my prices "low" because it is were they should be for me to make a profit. I do not believe in gouging the public just because every one else is. I hand build every piece with woods sustainably harvested in the united states. All of my aluminum is tig welded and river rock tumbled for a nice patina. The canvas is military spec #8 BritishTan sewn with nylon thread, very strong.
I hope this answers your question as to the stabilty on uneven ground. I hope whatever chair you sit in, it brings you many great memories and inspires you to go see the world!
Cheers,
Andy
