Great, there is a 2011 JK unlimited, here that recently sold for 28k. perfect as far as I am concerned. TJ's easily fetch 10k here now. Hows the resale value of a FJ or cruiser? considering they only sold 600 FJs last year here new, Im guessin that you will loose your shirt on a FJ considering they can't sell em new, you are not selling a used one either.

Oh, FYI, here is a video of a JEEP OUTWHEELING a superior FJ Cruiser. I am certain that the Toyota is the "gay" one out of the bunch......as you put it. nice comment. As for the Jeep being the most accessorised, has nothing to do with needing anything to wheel, I can take my stock JK.....and drive further than a stock Toyota whatever that is built today....

As a jeep fan I have to ask. How is that FJ superior? Does it have a better transfer case, lockers and gears? Tire size looks the same. Abd honestly it looks like the FJ driver skill could improve. To finish, this thread is about overlanding not rock crawling. I love jeeps but I think it is unfair to Toyota to put their FJ against a rubicon.

I disagree with this. And it really depends on what you mean by accessorizing. If your talk about tires size and gears... Any 4x4 can benifit from it. If you are talking about a snorkel and roof rack.... jeeps are far from the most accessorized 4x4.

Read my post again, I was commenting on the Toyota fanboys calling the FJ superior to the JK...NOT HAPPENING. hell, look at the pathetic sales numbers of the FJ, that usually tells the story, pathetic vehicle, pathetic sales. 600 and something sold in Canada last year, compared to over 20,000 JK vehicles. Sort of tells the story there. There were 600 women wanting a soccer mom rig that is not a minivan.

just some more data, since 2010, Toyota failed to sell 1000 FJ's in Canada in the model year, since 2010 Jeep failed to sell under 11,000 wranglers in Canada. So every year there were at least 11,000 smart people, however there were at least 900 dummies. ha ha.

Phil is just feeling left out that there is no love for the land cruisers. So what, there are more parts available for the Jeep because its a more used vehicle. again, sales tell a story buddy. My jeep has a leveling kit, and upgraded tires. that's it. I will go ANYWHERE your beloved land cruiser will go.

This is the dumbest comparo ever. Tires are different, gearing is different and WHEELBASE is different. I am not a fan of one over another but these stupid YouTube videos are completely worthless. For you to think that this shows anything shows that you know nothing. Seriously.

He wanted a video of a JK outwheeling a FJ, he did not specify the conditions etc. he said he has yet to see a FJ be outwheeled by a JEEP....I provided one. simple. Easier would be come with a FJ and I will out wheel it with my JEEP....simple.
