I know you've been looking for NAS 110 rims, but those Wolf rims Timmy is selling with the XZL's, they are very tough, have perfect off-set, and they look great. I have them on my D1. Love 'em

jrose, I beleive it... I'm just going for a specific look and even though they may not be as tough, I probably wont have any issues with the 109's
Plus as of now the wolfs are easy to get and relatively inexpensive. my pops just got them for his d90 and loves em. Also couppled with the fact of I'm wanting a thinner wheel now (5.5")

Just an update to my rover world. Last week I got the 97 moving again and it was pretty sweet to drive it around but I just have to get the front shock situation worked out before it is road worthy oh and the brakes fixed. And today I sold my xzls and my wolf wheels to help fund some other things for the 99. Now to figure out what is next for the 99...

I put my albright solenoid in today. It is mounted with one bolt on a factory bolt hole and two zip ties. I know this is ghetto but all I could come up with today after starring at it for an hour.
And I think I may change from the chicken coop flooring to starboard because when I took off my roof rack I saw this.

Poser truck....
Well time for a update of this project that I am behind on...
The ARB was junk so it was time to replace with a RTE bumper
Off came my mixed hybrid suspension of mystery parts...
First up some SG springs with the spacer in the rear.
Then came some shock bling
RTE got some more lovin with some radius arms
Then installed some Ford 17Ib fuel injectors
My ultimate poser rig is almost done

Off came my mixed hybrid suspension of mystery parts...
First up some SG springs with the spacer in the rear.
Then came some shock bling
RTE got some more lovin with some radius arms
Then installed some Ford 17Ib fuel injectors

Bah. My truck had less than 40k miles on it when the factory fuel pump died.

I haven't updated in awhile mostly because I have been working on school but this summer I was able to finish up my flooring on my roof rack. I wanted to go to Starlite XL but when I called piedmont plastics they quoted me $180 dollars for a sheet of the stuff.
And went home for a few days over the fourth and installed hood pins, rear swaybar, kinda fixed the power steering box on the 97 disco. Oh and reinstalled the roof rails since the SD low rack no longer sits on the truck.
I then installed some HD steering consisting of a Rover tracks front steering dampner relocation
To Do for the summer on the 99
1.4 LT-230
Fix the Reverse Lights
Small stuff
To Do for the summer on the 97
Finish fixing the A/C
Finish fixing the power steering leak
replace the ECU with a spare one in the garage.

Yea me and Michaels have been trading parts back and forth for a long time so I was able to use the flooring he wasn't using to finish covering my rack.
I am hoping it will provide a little bit of heat reduction in the cabin.
Now to decide if I want four Hella 4ks on the rack or not. I have two extras sitting in my closet and could move all four to the rack but it is about to be the fall semester and could probably use the money.

Dude, you drive a rig with a white roof. How much better heat reduction can you have? Try having a dark blue or black roof. Won't the black flooring soak up the sun?
