yeah, me too! I'm looking forward to some nice open country cause the majority of the wheeling i've done lately has been rock crawling. We were out in some deep thick snow this weekend and running 1st gear low locked front/rear at 4,000+rpm's has left me with a nice exhaust leak. I'm going to try and get that fixed before saturday.

look on the bright side...there isnt any carbon left in the motor :D

haha, yeah! I'm trying to figure out the best way to fix this... I'll probably go the route marc did here... http://discoweb.org/cats.htm since I don't want to spend large amounts of money on a y pipe setup that probably won't fit right anyways. I'm not looking forward to remove the studs from the manifolds cause I've always managed to break the damn things.

How did the KM2s and chains do in the snow? Was the snow a wet or dry snow?

pretty good considering it was a wet snow. No powder at all, just sierra cement!

The chain hides in between the tread a bit, but whether or not that makes a noticable difference from an all terrain I'm not sure.

Considering you were "breaking" trail for the rest of us, I think you did great. It's always tough when you are the first. By the time I was rolling through it was easy money.:victory:

P.S. I thought the rack looked great, it looked like a production model.:ylsmoke:

X2... that truck looks so sweet. I love how the snorkle drops into the fender up near the cowl junction like that instead of running down the fender. And the reack looks sweet as well, I wish I had fab skills...

There's an XD running around SE Portland and I swear I almost got in a wreck becuse I was rubber necking and checking it out.

Cheers

Dave
